Lai Chiang

Lai Chiang, Teacher, from Corporate Yoga Class

A middle-age man with little sporting background, surrounding himself by a class of ladies who are all more much more flexible than him.

I looked like the least-likely candidate for my YOGA class and yet every week, I look forward to attend Mei’s class, no matter how tired and exhausted I might be from work.

To me, Mei is a very patient instructor who truly practice differentiate teaching. She knows the ability and potential of each of her students very well. Thus she always guides and motivates me to take poses which suits me most. Mei’s lessons helps me to relax my mind and taught me to respect my body more. Though I may not be progressing as fast as the rest of the class, I would definitely continue my YOGA practice under Mei’s guidance.

Malacca Charity Yoga Outing

Weekend Charity Yoga Outing to Malacca (21 Sep 2013 to 22 Sep 2013)

It was a great yoga outing to Malacca. The group of yoga practitioners enjoyed the local cuisine, shopping and mostly the energising morning yoga. Most important, great friendships were forged during the trip. We also managed to gather adequate donations to bring the SA Elderly on an outing to River Safari in Nov 2013. Thank you all for your participation and generosity.

Spring 2013 Yoga Retreat @ Beijing

The sight of spring flowers in full bloom…
The sound of free-flowing water from the dam….
The calm surroundings of the ancient temple…
The grandeur of the Great Wall along the vast mountain ranges….
They were inspiration to our yoga practices.
